Went to the upstairs salon at the mall. They told us it would be a 15 minute wait. The mall was super busy so I understood that. They then told us the store downstairs wasn't as busy and sent us there. I walked all the way there with my 5 year old for them to say "just a few minutes". We sat and waited 40 minutes while others walked in and sat down to have their nails done. My daughter has worked really hard to stop biting her nails. She was super proud and this was her reward. We ended up walking out because I have better things to do than wait that long for a simple 10 minute manicure. I get that it was busy but just tell me it will be an hour, not "just a few minutes" and waste my time.

Went to there second level location is newer. The nail technician obviously has no experience, she took almost 2 hours on gel manicure, and it was a sloppy job. One had was darker than the other. She had her fingers full of paint, like a kid. She got some on my hand, and then with the nail filer took it off which made a scrape. I still had to pay full price, and the manager said i could go back and he would redo it. Terrible places..

This place is full of money hungry, unprofessional, unskilled workers. I went in for a classic pedicure, one of the technicians told my girl to continue- meaning to give me the “spa” treatment 35$- which includes what I normally pay in jersey for 20$.
I was then burned with the hot rocks and still charged.
Save your time, money, and health and DO NOT EVER GO HERE.

They do a amazing job with nails , hair , and massage...... but oh my God my wife said her nail was going to be no more then $40 lol sike it was $60 . I could of done it for less $2.99 at a dollar store lol... keep up the work a Touch Of Beauty!!!!

Went to get my nails done a week ago my toes are fine but my fingers the polish it just going right off kind of upset but overall experience was great
