First of all Let me say I went to this establishment against better judgment just to "Give it a try" when when I first walked in the guy informed me that they did not do long nails I was confused because I hadn't even been greeted or anything yet. I told them that I wanted a full set and a pedicure they told me that it would be $25 each I said okay... 15 minutes into the full set the guy explains to me that my people like long nails and he doesn't do that I was VERY confused so I said my people? and he says yeah black people the statement was so uncalled for because different people like different nails I myself like shorter nails and I am black... when he was almost done he said that my full set with be $40 and I say huh he says yes I told you that when you came in (aggressively if I may add ) I say whatever just so I can hurry up and get out of there most of the clientele are old so they probably never get complaints but I would not be going back... especially as someone who does hair nails and skincare I'd rate the service below 1 and I'd rate the bedside manner in the negatives.

I have been going here over a year. They have given me the upmost respect. They greet me when I go in. While doing my nails they talk to me. Have always been gentle. I will continue to go back.

If your thinking abt going here even thoughtall these bad comments dont! If you like your money and dont wanna just waste it go somewhere else. Dont even see how they are in business still. The lady messed up my acrylic nails because she was not paying attention or they just do not know how to do their job. They looked horrible when they were first done and i asked the lady to fix them. She had a attitude and did it as quick as she can. My acrylic was not even touching on my whole nail it looked bad. When they started falling off, 4 DAYS later. I went back up there. "I got them done for my birthday which would have been the next day." I wanted her to redo them bc they all looked like fake nails from walmart and 3 were falling off. The lady told me if i would have came the day before she would have fixed them or refunded me. Honestly do not see how you can have a buisness and make people pay for that kind of work.

They rush and my lady was watching tv and not paying attention while she was doing my nails and she painted them terrible and didn’t get the edges she also painted my skin. I will NOT EVER COME BACK HERE!!! No one needs to give them your time a day bc it’s a waste of terrible job!!!!

Take your time and money elsewhere, this place has horrible service. I was left with a couple finger cuts she was very aggressive, not once did she apologize. She also charged me 20$ more on top of the average full set price for getting longer nails which had never happened before.
