I paid for spa pedicure but got the classic pedicure, I tried to bring this to the attention of the lady but she wouldn't listen. Service felt so rushed... my pedicure was less than 5 mins. I am not happy with service received.
Also, when I got into the salon, no one attended to me for the first few minutes.

Hi,
I came in for pedicure and manicure. The old lady sucks and pathetic. She started asking me many questions first. My pedicure massage was about 10 minutes but she did for 2 min. Then when I raised that question she says she felt that Iam in hurry. And the moment when you enter you feel that Iam alien she made me feel that way. I bet you if I was an American or white lady she would certainly behave very differently. Me being an Indian and brown lady I had to get the service by putting my foot down and justifying on what Iam paying.

Hannah does a great job. I feel very comfortable with her.
