This salon is the best and I couldn't recommend them more to you! I'm always quite the worrier when it comes to getting my hair cut, much less colored. Kara makes sure I always walk out with a fantastic cut and the perfect subtile dimension that I'm wanting in my hair! If you are looking for knowledgable professionals, fantastic product lines (especially have loved the Eminence products), and to walk out looking amazing, this is the place!! Thanks Jaide!

My last visit was so awkward and uncomfortable and I had an unexpected cost. I will not go back. I will not spend my time and hard-earned money to feel unwelcomed at any salon. I also will not pay for a two-minute trim service (that I've never paid for in the past) unless I know I am going to get charged beforehand (who charges for trim services anyway?!?!?). I was a repeat customer for about five years. Elly was my main stylist. Recently, I went from blonde to a blue-ish slate (I wanted a greyish slate). Elly said the color could be a bit unpredictable, which was fine. It turned out WAY more blue than grey slate than I anticipated. It was a pretty color, however; I was concerned that my job wouldn't let me get away with it. When I texted Elly about my concerns, and again, a week later, when my hair color was already falling out (I had huge areas that were brown), she ignored all my text and never got back to me. Finally, I was able to get in at a time that was conducive to my schedule, which was not with Elly. I had an appointment with a new girl. Elly never once said hi or asked how my hair was doing. After 5 years of being her repeat customer, I'd suddenly become a complete stranger and it created a very awkward time for me. I never want to experience that again when I spend good money getting my hair done. And, at the end of an uncomfortable two-hour session, I was also charged an additional $25 for a two-minute shave, trim job!!! I'm so done.

My whole family, wife, myself and 3 year old girl get our haircuts here and have been very satisfied.

I love going to Jaide. They use great natural/green products and the staff is exemplary. I always feel so pampered after I leave.
