BIG WASTE OF TIME! Don is unprofessional, unorganized & lacks plain common sense. I called Exquisite on 3/18 & Don told me she could do my crochet braids the next day at 9am, on Sunday. I get to the shop at 9am, only to find that its closed. I message her on Facebook,& she tells me that the shop is closed. You would think that she would have told me over the phone the day before that the shop was closed & that she was going to be doing my hair at her house. So I wasted 30 minutes driving to her shop. I get to her apartment & she messages me telling me she doesn't have a crocket needle & I needed to find one. That's just plain dumb! She knew she was suppose to being my crochet braids but didn't have enough common sense to make sure she had a crochet needle. Mine you, I wasted another 30 minutes driving shop to her apartment by Hobby Airport. Stay away from this business and away from Don!
