I got the dip powder today. My nails turned out pretty well, but I'm shocked by a few things. First off, this salon uses the same dip powder containers for all of their customers. This is a *serious* breeding ground for infection - ladies, one of my fingers was bleeding around the cuticle from harsh treatment and he still dipped my finger in the standard powder that they use for all of us. Imagine what kind of bacteria could now be in that container if they've had tons of people potentially dipping their bleeding fingers in the same container? Secondly, this is called a dip powder "manicure?" All they did was file my nails and push the cuticles back. They didn't actually remove the excess cuticles or use the tool to remove the excess skin around the nails. Nor did they provide the standard hand massage that every salon provides. My hands were so dry by the end that I couldn't believe they didn't use lotion or hand cream on them. My nails turned out decently which is the reason for the second star, but this service is far overpriced and again, seriously unhygienic. This was nothing more than an unsanitary polish change service, and I won't be paying $35+tip for that ever again.

I had a very friendly young lady do my nails and she did a wonderful job. I had gone to another place in Concord and they killed my nails... This is the only place I will go now.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you want a pedicure that looks like a 5 year old painted them then definitely come here. It was very clear that parts of my toe nails were not painted and they weren’t smooth at all. Asked the woman to fix them and she didn’t see any problem with it.

Very BAD experience here. I rarely ever write reviews but I had to to help others avoid this place! The man doing my pedicure got visibly upset when I asked him to shorten my nail (the woman next to me even said something to me). I had asked upon arriving and after my pedicure for acrylic fill in (hands), the same man proceeded to try to do shellac. I had to ask him to stop, then the owner came. She took me to her seat to get the acrylic...
The price list that they hand out indicates $35 for acrylic fill in, the owner proceeded to tell me it’s $45. When I showed her the price list, she said that’s wrong and showed me the wall plaque of prices, which stated $40, not $45.
Don’t go here, customer service means everything and what just happened to me indicates they’re a rip off and not that nice... oh and the two individuals who did my nails today (includes the owner), their quality of work is sub par...
