They said they had openings for two pedicures in 15 minutes. They got my friend going and had me soaking in water the whole time they were doing her toes. My water got cold by the time they started on my toes.

They sliced two of my fingers when filing my nails enough to make me bleed and cry, kept blaming the file (which is new and you the customer pay for) didnt offer me any discount and still made me pay for the file. Also a few of my nails came out wonky shaped.

Let’s start with the customer service here. They ignored everything said that didn’t fit what they wanted. They really don’t know how to treat their paying customers. The staff rushed through the pedicure and allowed my child to wait before getting a fill. My child paid for my service and they throw her receipt at her. They wouldn’t help her pick out the colors on a picture she presented. I would not allow them to do her nails.
