Decided to stop by to get my nails done before the weekend started since I was in the area. Very happy with my choice, I got a pedicure and the dip French for my nails. Customer service was attentive and welcoming. Salon prices are great compared to other nail salons in the area and the manicurist did take her time to make sure she perfected her service. The salon is also very clean which is a super plus.

I have been going here for years and have had a decent experience. I am familiar with all of their prices especially their eyebrow service. Well two weeks ago they charged me additional funds for my service, I didn’t think anything of it, I just paid and left a tip, assuming that they went up on their pricing. Well today I went there and the price was cheaper than what it was two weeks ago. I asked the woman did they decide to go back down on the pricing and she stated that they haven’t changed their pricing in years. I was very unhappy with the dishonesty from my previous visit. It was completely my fault because I should have asked about it the price increase. I am truly satisfied with their services but I may not be going back

Giving this place an automatic one star review. My boyfriend and I walked in and they didn’t say a single word to us. We sat down and they still completely ignored us. It’s been about 30 minutes and they haven’t said a single word. It is busy here, but we are the only ones waiting currently and there is no excuse.

Worst experience. Granted they were 40 minutes out from closing so they did both mani and pedi at same time. The girl that did the mani went so fast. At least 3 of my nails are bumpy, so noticeable. Ugh. She nor the other girl made any effort to engage in convo. The mani girl knew some English. I was the only and last customer. And of course they chatted the entire time with each other. Then she copped an attitude because I was paying with a non chip debit card. I said try it and it worked. I still tipped them good though. I travel here a lot for work. Won't be going back here.
