Some workers show favouritism to certain clients by assisting them first even if you were there waiting before. Some workers also have poor customer service. The last time I went in there all 3 workers were on their phones looked up when they heard the door and then back at their phones and did not even acknowledge that I was there until after I said what I wanted then one of the workers came and attended to me but did not performed the service I requested. I have visited here several times but after my nails were lifting after 2 days, and I went back to tell them and they said they weren't and although I was paying, they did not fix but just buffed them, I decided not to return.

Went in for overlay on my nails but on lady's that work there suggested gel. So, I tried the gel nails. The gel stated peeling up the next day. By the end of the week all my gel polish had peeled off. My pedicure was fine. I am giving them two stars because I still have polish on my toes without chips after a week.

Phuong did my nails the first visit. She was really nice and quick. Prices are super reasonable!
