Went in as a walk-in about three weeks ago for a gel manicure and regular pedicure.
I was greeted immediately, and was in a chair a couple minutes after. Very clean (both the salon itself and the tools being used). Also, did not feel like I was being rushed through. They took their time and the experience was very relaxing.
3 weeks in and my gel manicure is not chipped at all (only grown out from the cuticle). Pedicure is holding up nicely as well for being regular polish.
Will be returning. Convenient location in Waterford, friendly team, and an overall positive experience.

Love this place! I recommend everyone give it a try. Make an appointment! I have been going to Yen since 2015...she is awesome!

Got there right at 9:30 when they open, no one else there. They asked what I needed and said to wait a minute. Waited until 9:50 with no service and two other people came in at that point. They asked again what I needed done (a fill) and one tech said it would be a few minutes. They take back both other people, leave me sitting to wait even longer, and then a different tech comes and says it will be longer than a few minutes and I need to just come back later. I could have been done and out of there in the 20 minutes I waited between them being open and doing NOTHING with NO customers except myself and then them taking those two people ahead of me. Unacceptable service and I will not try this place again.

Yesterday was my first time going to Beverly nails and I must say I am impressed! My nails look and feel amazing. I got a gel manicure and pedicure the shape and color are perfect. The atmosphere was nice, and the staff were hospitable. I will definitely go back !

Extremely poor experience. And I will never go back!
I walk in at 4:45 and request the nail tech that did my nails previously. I was told that I would need to make an appointment for another day if I wanted her specifically. I told the person that greeted me that I would wait for the next available nail tech. I was told by the same woman that there may not be enough time for me to get my nails done today(mind you they close at 7:30). I sat down to wait and she tellls me there will be a 30 minute wait. I thought cool, no problem. About 5-10 minutes later a woman(who was not of my complexion) walks in and is greeted with a pleasant salutation. She does not get told that they would not have enough time to take care of her and she starts picking out her nail color. Another woman walks in(of the same complexion as the 1st woman) and is greeted with a pleasant tone as well and is told to pick a color. I am still waiting patiently watching a show. Both women were serviced before me. Racism and Discrimination is at an all time high these days. And I am not here for it. I will take my coin somewhere else. Please be aware of this nail salon.
