My mother and I went to Rose nails on Friday. When we got there I found out that they had changed owners and thought great but soon changed my mind about that. They said have a seat and we will be right with you. We sat with our feet in the water for an hour and twenty minutes before they got to us. There was one nail tech taking care of everyone and another guy that had no idea what he was doing. We got the worst pedicure ever! And then they charged us 120.00 for them! What a load of horses**t. They said they hadn't raised the prices but I never in all the years I've been going there I never paid extra for shellac. They are horrible don't go there you can do better anywhere in town!

Save your time and money. New owners are like car salesmen and made it a very uncomfortable experience. The manicure took a full 2 hours and had to be redone anyway. The technician knicked me with the dremel several times and caused bleeding. Then at the end you can’t pay with a card and have to incur a $3 ATM fee. Will never go back there.

It was okay but doesn't accept debit or credit cards. Cash only.

Not the same family that used to run it. Low quality work. The lady was rude to me & she told me the wrong total so I had to use that ATM thing twice--a total of $6 in fees. Won't go back.

My daughter got her nails done there, had to take her back cuz it looked like a 7 year old painted them, will never go back there again.
