The person who did my daughter's nails was very nice, but my daughter ended up with a divot on one nail and a drip spot under another. Although there were many polish choices, the colors were actually somewhat limited and very few "current" color choices. She got a really good price, but I don't think we'd go back.

I was very disappointed when my fiancé and I went here yesterday. I’m not from the area, so my mom made me a manicure appointment at 4pm. I rescheduled it for 5:30 and added a pedicure for me and my fiancé. We were running late, but made it to the salon by 5:42. We were told that because we were late, I wouldn’t be able to get a French manicure because it takes too long and there was someone at 6pm coming for a pedicure. I was disappointed, but understood. So I chose a solid color from their selection, but then was told they don’t have that color. They didn’t have very many to select from in the first place, so I ended up just choosing something else. My pedicure was extremely rushed, I had cold water and hardly was able to soak my feet at all. After she finished with my toes she had me start soaking my hands for the manicure. All the while, my fiancé had a super quick pedicure too (obviously no polish). The lady was very rough and clipped one of his nails so close to the skin that today he doesn’t want to put weight on his foot because it hurts so bad. Hopefully it won’t get infected! None of his calluses were even touched. Basically a foot soak, foot scratch, nails clipped, and some lotion. This took the same time that mine did. His water was also cold. The lady that did my pedicure did my manicure, and the lady that did his pedicure was finished afterwards and had no one to do so she could’ve continued to actually give him a good pedicure. For $25 and no nail polish, we expected way more. Not even a massage! When she started on my hands, she said I had a good nail color, and a different person was going to do the next customer so she could do a French manicure. I really appreciated that! However.... it was rushed and terrible. First, my cuticles were not clipped very much, no lotion or scrub was used. I have very dry hands and cuticles from using hand sanitizer all the time at work, so I always look forward to manicures that can make my hands look somewhat normal and soft. The lines on the French manicure are uneven, and there was gel polish on my finger tips that was never taken off. I didn’t even get any hand lotion or hand massage. Literally, 2 pedicures and a gel manicure done in 25 minutes. I have to say I will never be back, and I appreciate my hometown nail salon so much more now that I know how people can get ripped off for arriving too late at this place. Even if we would’ve been on time, 12 more minutes wouldn’t have made a difference if this is how they do mani/pedis. There was nobody waiting at all. Three people working, a 6pm pedicure that was done by a guy that just finished someone else’s manicure, and our two ladies had us. Later on, there was a walk in but that was after my manicure had been started. So there was no reason to rush the pedicures. $90 and 25 minutes later,
I’m left with the same hands, rough feet, and a pretty crappy french manicure. My fiancé is left with a throbbing toe.

I came to "Pro Nails" with a friend and our two kids because we are from Oklahoma and have no one around we didn't have anyone to watch them. So of course they go with us and to us it's no big deal. The lady who was doing my nails first told me she couldn't do what I wanted and to me it was just white tips with some little straight lines (shouldn't have been hard) then I tell her what I wanted after that and she told me "No, it's not good with babys" (they were white) I've had them before and my son was just fine and they didn't chip!
So, I find something different AGAIN and in the middle of doing this she says "can you pay right now before we are done" to me that was just saying something was going to go wrong I've never had to pay before I was done and they made sure i was satisfied. And then she goes on to tell me that she doesn't have time for me and my son she had another person waiting the lady obviously found her being rude also because she stepped in to say that she was fine and could wait because she knows what it's like to deal with little ones.
My nails came out a brown color and I could see the fake nail underneath because she only went over them once and my glitter had patches all in it.
I eventually told the other guy that I wasn't satisfied and he painted over them and it came out a dark brown definitely not what I wanted. Needless to say i came home to paint them myself. It hasn't even been a week and my friends are already coming
off. I'm not happy with this place at all.

Reasonable prices, great with kids. The guy was super great and I’d pick him every time!
