Sad because the ladies are nice and the shop looks clean on the outside. I got a wax. I asked her if she uses a new stick each time (and doesn't double dip). She said yes. She used one stick the whole time. I bled in two places, she didn't use a new stick. The table I was on was dirty and there was lots of hair left when she finished. That could have been because it was a long time since I've had a wax down there but so many hairs? The wax seemed to be low quality. For your health, go somewhere else for waxing. Nice ladies but not worth it to risk your health. I wish I had read the other reviews before going in.

So let me first say that my nail color was my fault and the fact that the water in the basin was luke warm is also my fault. The nail tech asked me if I liked the color and she also asked me if I was comfortable with the water temperature. I hated the color and the water was too cold my taste. As I said both my fault. Now the rest all her. I'll admit I have some super crusty feet. I go to the shop so they can buff up their arms scrapping all tgat crust off but the tech did no such thing. Her efforts were in vain my feet are still hard and crusty. I usually have a smooth finish at other shops this shop didn't even do that. Also everything she did hurt. She stabbed me in my big toe with that thing you dig the crust out with. Then she kept cutting my cuticles way too far down. I kept drawing my hand back. She didnt clip my toes nails even. She left sharp edges on them that snagged at my sock. I'll leave some photos as well. I'm not ashamed of my big crusty feet. I'm just upset they weren't taken care of properly. I felt bad for not tipping but i had to limp out the salon because she hurt my toe so bad. I will not be back there again. I wish they were good because it's so close to my job. Oh well. I guess I'll take my big crusty feet elsewhere. My finger nails came out okay but she kept hurting me while she was doing those too. She was very rough.
(Disclaimer: I'm not saying all the nail techs are this bad. I only went this one time and the lady i had wore a light green jade bracelet and a gold ring with a purple stone. I didn't catch her name.)

Disappointed in my gel manicure; significant chipping with less than a week of normal wear (office job at desk).

Quick and efficient. Great place for a lunchtime mani or pedi. Make an appt or get there by 11:30 to avoid a wait during lunch breaks.
