I had to wait for 30 mins, but that’s not the problem. The problem is that nobody warned me about the wait time! 15 mins into sitting at the empty table with no manicurist in sight I asked how much longer I’d have to wait. 20 more mins I was told. Well... in 10 mins I was given a bowl of water to put my hand in. It took another 10 mins before I finally got the service. I don’t mind waiting when I have time, but it needs to be my own decision, not somebody else’s.
