I absolutely love this place!! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their profession and my nails always come out looking great!! I love Ann, Lee and Fransisco. They have always made me feel welcome, like I am a part of their families. I will continue to use their business for many years to come...

Hidden surprise. I never saw this place until I was at another shop in this strip mall. I looked at the reviews and knew I had to give them a surprise.
I was hesitant when I walked in because only one person was being helped with only two technicians.
Lee started with my pedicure and I was very comfortable because she was gentle and very thorough. The pedicure was excellent. Now into the new set of acrylics. I asked for the French nails (only $5 more- $30 total). Lee took her time and understood my needs that I expressed. I wanted the square rounded nails and not to long. Again - perfection. She took her time and never once nicked me with the files or the grinder.
I must say that regardless of the emptyness of the shop my nails are beautiful the pedicure was fantastic (including the massage).
I give this salon 5 stars because they are the best of all the nail salons in my area. No waiting an hour to be helped. No kids right out of school screwing up my nails or causing injury.
This is the place to go for personized service and friendly ladies. Ask for Lee. If not the other lady is just as good. Tell her Marlena send you.

I’ve been coming to Rich nails for five years and I’ve always had excellent service . They are always so friendly and professional. My nails are always beautiful and pedicures are awesome! The price is always very good, less than other salons for even better service.

On vacation and needed Pedicure! This place is Very Unprofessional , service takes forever without wait and unclear of prices until service is completed! I will never come here again!

Never have I ever been turned away by the previous owners... This place is horrible now that they have changed owners. Will never come back.
