It has been a pleasure living here and we hope to stay for a long time! They were super accommodating with our move-in date, we’re super helpful and safe with repairs we needed even during quarantine times. It’s super quiet, neighbors are nice, and Jeff takes excellent care of the place!

Grand reserve are some of the greatest and nicest town homes I’ve visited in Dallas! I would recommend any and everyone to come love here! The staff are some orderly mannered and organized.

If I could give this complex a zero star I would! This is by far the worse experience I've had with moving somewhere. I was offered by Aubree(Leasing Consultant), that she was chosen by the Property Manager(Mariyum). Every time I spoke with each lady, it was something different! The townhouses are really nice! The office staff is horrible and they LIE so much just to get you to apply!

Lived at the Grand Reserve for 2 years. It's a great community and the location is excellent. The floorplans are spacious, the pool is great and we loved having our own 2 car garage. Mgmt is friendly and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. Would definitely recommend.
