Don't do it! RUN!!! They are very unprofessional! They don't like admitting to any mistakes that they may have made they will make you feel like you're wrong and they are right! If you don't like the way your nails look they won't try to fix them they will make you feel like it's your fault.

The only way I could comment is to pick a star. 11/11 was one of the most important days of my life because it was my daughter's so I took her to get a full gel set an the next couple days her nails start falling off an they would not fix repair redo. They took my daughter's birthday money an refused to fix there mistake BAD PLACE NEVER GO THERE

Wish there was a way I could put zero stars honestly. So today I decided to go to Lees nails right by hobby lobby. I called the lady about 3-5 minutes before I arrived to see what the wait was and she told me there was no wait. Well I ended up waiting 30 minutes! As I sat down after the next customer he didn't bother to wash his hands and he used a dirty file on my nails. He could not get my shape right and I Constantly had to tell him what to fix. Eventually they looked "good enough" and I just thought i'd fix the rest at home because I was ready to get out of there. Since I was in a rush to get out, I never checked how bad they actually were. The shape is not even close to how they should look. They are supposed to be coffin but some are stilettos and some are almond shaped. HOW?! So I decided to call and complain. I asked if they could either fix them or refund my money. The lady told me "no you left nothing I can do uh bye bye" and hung up on me. I had my mother call and she told my mom "sucks to be you!" And as my mom asks who her owner was she goes "uhh we are closed now and I want to leave so bye bye" and hung up. I'm disgusted with the fact that they are unsanitary and rude to customers. Might I add they charged me $30!!!!

Poor service. Sizes the wrong nails. When you tell them they gave attitudes. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
