Honestly the people here are nice, professional and polite and the atmosphere is very high end especially compared to places in the valley. In addition they are really great for booking last minute appointments and have a ton of color selections.
On the other hand, they are very very expensive and overpriced. For gel and an acrylic fill for myself and a friend I ended up paying $90!! I also made an appointment that they didn’t listen was for 2 people, waited an hour after my appointment time and was blamed for the entire situation when it was my turn!
In addition to getting a gel manicure before a trip they chipped after 3 days. And my friends acrylic broke after 2 days, went back to fix it and they CHARGED HER!! She didn’t even have the money and they offered to add the difference to next times tab...just so weird for something that’s their fault because acrylic done right doesn’t break after 2 days from doing nothing.
Just a very weird experience, I’ve been here multiple times where my gel chips after 3-4 days and I wouldn’t recommend especially with their existing prices, absolutely not worth it.

I'm very happy with the technicians here they're very excellent and very well experience. They are very friendly and I really enjoyed my service at Shiny Nails. They did a wonderful French manicure! The pink and white polish was just lovely and natural.

If you are around I suggest to get a manicure it is very relaxing. Having an amazing term that really knows how to treat their customers. Being in such a clean and welcoming environment. I do see myself coming back.
