Horrible customer service. Waited 30 mins before anyone even spoke to me. Then I asked for a manicure, full set and gel polish. And round tips. The lady made them square then got an attitude when I asked to have them rounded. I never got a manicure but was charged $10 extra dollars for a cuticle cut. The acrylic is super thick. Way too over priced for the quality you receive. For no manicure, a cuticle cut, full set and gel polish I paid $55 before tip. Outrageous. And the lady doing my nails had a horrible, rude attitude like she couldn’t be bothered. Won’t ever be back.

AWFUL CHARACTER!! SHADY & SHAMEFUL!! They steal business and money from the lash company located inside. They use the fact that I had never been there before and that the woman I had an appointment with was busy. I clearly said who I had an appt with and the lady spoke broken english to me and took me to the back a waxed my brows. I only found out that she was NOT the woman's name I asked to see, when I told her that I needed them tinted. She thought she was going to get away with it and never apologized. I drove an hour for this appointment and Charm Nail Salon ruined it!

Expensive for a gel set ($65), took four hours to complete, nail person was more interested in her phone than anything, my nails are uneven, some are too thick. Nail person did speak fluent English though and very polite, love her personality.

Nice facilities, fair prices...
First time, I got sns nails and had a good experience.
Second time, I got acrylics. They told me to pick out a polish, and gave me gel instead of regular polish, with a huge upcharge.
Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and went back a third time for acrylics. I did get the regular polish this time, but they sent me away before they were completely dry and 4 nails were messed up by the time I walked out to my car.
Since two out of three experiences were bad, I'll take my business elsewhere.
