SOO RUDE!! Walked in, no one greeted me. After about 10mintues they asked if i had an appointment which i said no. I told them I wanted a wash and blow dry and She finally told me “they didnt have time” and i said “ok i wish someone would have told me when i first came in”. They still proceeded to ignore me rather than apologize. SOOO unprofessional. So as i left i said, maybe next time you should greet people when they first come in rather than waisting their time. Im a high paying customer and im glad i didnt spend a dime. Lucky they got one star cuz i cant do none
