My awesome driver recommended Golden Nail Spa. It is not yet perfect but a VAST improvement compared to that other place I went to a week ago! There is genuine skill here. The shop is clean, organized & comfortable.
I look forward to working with these ladies again, it can only get better from here. I am hoping that as the nails grow we can establish a better shape & make them less bulky.

I went there recently to get a full set ombré nails done. The nails were very lumpy and distorted. I’ve had my nails done before at other shops so I know the difference between good and bad work. I told her I didn’t like it and she began making excuses for her work as if it was my fault because of the style of nail I asked for. You either know how to execute the work or you don’t, and you shouldn’t be executing the work if it’s not quality work. I’m a good paying customer and a great tipper so they lost out on a new customer. Instead of making sure I was satisfied, she was just more concerned about my money. Sad day for customer service. I have no problem paying for services Or labor but based off the work she did, she should be shamed for even charging my card. That’s bad business.

Went there the first time for a manicure and a pedicure. The manicure part was okay except for the part when she went to rough on my cuticle with the drilling utensil. The pedicure part was horrible bc I had an ingrown toenail and she removed it aggressively to the point where I was about to cry bc my toe was already swollen and in pain. The second time was great bc an older lady did a refill on my nails and she was very gentle. The third time which was a week ago is probably worse bc it was the same lady who did my nails the first time. This time she actually cut me with the drill and I ended up bleeding. Two nails on each hand are lumpy and two others are oddly shaped and are a different size. My next visit I will recommend the older lady to do my next refill and tell her about the mistakes the younger lady made.
