If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went to Nailworld on 7/14, for a manicure and pedicure. The man there said it would be $30 for my nails and $35 for my feet. He also said that I had a nail fungus and that the cream for it would be an extra $15. Once everything was said and done, he charges me $40 for my nails, $35 for my feet, and $15 for the fungus cream. I googled the product later and it was only six or seven dollars on Amazon. When I got home, I looked at the bottle for the fungus cream and it had expired in 2016. Not to mention, I’m still convinced that it’s just bruising from hitting the nail and not a fungus. These people are scammers. What I received, did not equal to what I paid. They will never receive business from me again.

I got a mani & pedi on Saturday & my nail polish started chipping yesterday. All of the techs seemed to be in a rush even though there weren’t any customers waiting to be served. I honestly could’ve painted my nails myself and done a better job!

They simply can't do nails. Cant lay acrylic what so ever. Thought it was a joke the way he laid the acrylic on my cuticles 😂😂 omfg it was horrible

I came for eyebrows a few times and decided to give them a chance for my nails even though the customer service sucks. They will seat you and not tell you that you have to wait.(Ive been waiting an hr) I finally asked and she said when we are done.
I mean obviously i knew that much. I won't return unless its an emergency and no one else is open.

I went to Nail World recently and I went home not very satisfied. There were 3 tech's there and it was a gentleman that did my nails. He was very nice and polite but the job was clearly rushed. It was terrible. 1st of all I believe I got ripped off because there is a sign on the door that says $20 full set and I was charged $35. I didn't even notice the sign but was made aware of the special by another salon that I ended up going to to fix the very unprofessional job. That is very deceiving if you ask me. When he was done with my nails I had acrylic all over my fingers. omg !!!. He told me to wash my hands and put lotion on it when I got home and it should be fine. It looked even worse. You could definitely see all the imperfections. It was sloppy. You can tell there was no care put into the job. This was my 1st time there and it is definitely my last. Shout out to Holly's spa & nails. They are the business
