I had a great experience! I like Penny's anyway, but this particular day, I dealt with the catalog Department, men's department, and kids Department... and was quite pleased with each interaction.
This particular Penney's store has an epic men's department and a children's Department that is beyond compare. I always find what I'm looking for, and for a good price. I have a hard to fit eleven-year-old and I always walk out of the store with multiple bags full of clothes are perfect for her.
Great job JCP in Flint. From associates to product to pricing, you guys are the best.

I took my son to get some shorts. They had a nice sell. I don't shop at JCPenney too much . When I do the staff are friendly and helpful. But I would like there to be more room to look at the clothing. There isn't any room for you to really look at them.

I have bought 2 suits from here in the last 6 months and both have the buttons coming loose. One came loose the second time I wore it. I don't have time to deal with poor quality clothing when I am paying for good quality. I won't be purchasing any other suit from here. The ties are the same way... Van Heusen used to be good quality.

We were in the portrait place. It was really nice the photographer was nice and efficient. Actually our 3rd time taking pics here.

I am a long time Penny's shopper. Certain times of the year their prices and deals are great!! This location offer a larger store with multiple levels. Store is neat and well kept. The Sephora is nice, neat and staff is helpful and friendly. The GVM is a convenient location and has many of the popular stores within the mall.
