This by far is among the best nail salons I've visited, in several different states. However their low rating (despite being a customer of theirs since 2006... Literally since my senior prom) is due to how overwhelmingly disappointed in their absolute lack of desire to provide good customer service I am, and how they essentially "shoo away" patrons intending to spend quite a bit on their services. In the past three weeks, I've visited their salon 3x, and each visit (5:45 pm-6:30 pm) resulted in being turned away.
Today, I arrived AN HOUR prior to their advertised closing time, but was informed- by a seemingly annoyed nail tech- that they stopped taking walk-ins. That's it. No effort to ask if I'd like to make an appointment or word on a better time to stop by. Just turned down, in front of at least a dozen or so others, anxiously waiting to be serviced.
I've had a great conversation with the owner in the past, and commend him for building and maintaining an outstanding salon- with quality work. The customer service aspect is literally the one and only flaw worth identifying.

Got a simple manicure and pedicure. I came an hour and a half before closing, so they would have enough time for both. After I got the pedicure done, the woman was super annoyed that she had to do my fingers too. She totally rushed it. She didn’t properly treat the cuticles, painted over them, and didn’t paint the whole nail. By the next morning, they were already chipping.
It was really disappointing to pay $35 for work that was worse than what I could have done at home. Will not be coming back.
