Worst Shop ever!!!!!! bad customer service I visit this location and she had her younger daughter do my nails which i had no problem. She did my nails wrong making the acrylic too thick the daughter said she was still learning. I did not like them so i told her i wanted them done right the owner which is the Mom got angry and said that i wasted her time and all i wanted was my money worth. She knew She was wrong but instead argued with me told me no she could not take it off and racial profiled me saying i always come complaining when that was my first time there. Being the sweet Black women i am i still paid for the services and she made me soak them myself. she never said sorry or anything

First time customer, not impressed. Sloppy pedicure, nails trimmed unevenly. I can still see the old polish underneath new gel polish. Will not patronize them again.

So I Just Recently Went And I Did Not Have A Pleasent Visit . I Went To Get A Nail Color Change On Both My Overlay and Feet . So As She Was Doing My Color Change On My Hands She Did Not Take Her Time At All & The Results Showed It . Then When She Moved To My Feet She Painted My Toes Before Putting The Toe Spacers In Which Cased My Nail Polish To Mess Up . I Told Her And She Said “$7/Per For Chipping” . If They Didn’t Have A Pay First Service Later Policy I Would Have Not Paid Her . 1 Because It Wasnt My Fault That My Nail Polish Was Completely A Mess and 2 Because She Just Rushed To Get It Over With.
