I went here october 2018 hoping they could make my super long unhealthy hair layered and about 5 inches off. The gal was nice and everything but she completely butchered my hair and i had to have a professional fix it. Hope they have gotten better since then. Would be interested in going back and talking with the staff.

Amira cut my hair and did a wonderful job. It is very mod and just what I wanted. I may have her name wrong but she wears a turbin. Fun experience

This review is about the on line booking feature; unfortunately, I cannot comment on the service. The on line booking is very easy to use. I chose the only time available in the on line system and arranged to make it to that appointment. The salon called and said that they were available anytime before my chosen appointment but not at the time I booked. I appreciate that they called and would suggest to the salon that they discontinue on line booking until the system can be corrected. As a busy executive I love the idea of an on line booking feature and was disappointed since I had rearranged my schedule to make an appointment that was not valid. I recommend that you call to book your appointment or validate via call if you choose to book on line.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Girls were rude and talked about inappropriate things while I was getting a service done. Sorry but I don’t want to hear about your sex lives or late night partying/drinking while you’re putting bleach on someone’s hair. That made me nervous. Also the product they use isn’t worth the price. You get WAY over charged. The receptionist is nice but other than that it is not a comfortable environment.
