Yesterday was my birthday and I had a really horrible experience for my pedicure. I had been here once before and they did superb on my toes. I went to them to help fix my toes and they definitely pampered me. My girl absolutely made up for my previous pedicure. Dont look at the year old reviews.. look at the current ones because these girls truly care and it shows in their work!

I hardly ever write bad reviews or take the time to do so but this was the worst experience I've ever had!! I thought I would give this place the benefit of the doubt when I was reading the previous reviews but never again!! I went in there around 130pm, lady took me right away and seemed okay until she tried to take my current polish off and realized it was gel and wouldn't come off with just fingernail polish. ( That seemed to annoy her) I've never had someone act this way about taking gel polish off. She began filing my toenails so hard that 5 out of 10 of my toes started bleeding and ending up with cuts on them. I had informed her that it was painful and even said "ouch" out loud and she apologized but continued the same behavior with filing and not acknowledging that she was hurting me ( it was visible with my skin bleeding) it was terrible!! After she finished her crappy pedicure, she had another lady step in to "paint" the lady that stepped in was gentle but basically had to redo my toes which were already sensitive from the previous girl who was so rough. The older lady that took over kept asking me why my toes were bleeding and if the lady before her was super rough. I told her yes and it was the worst pedicure I've ever had (I'm not hard to please!!) and the older lady tried to make things better by saying "gel polish is hard to get off" like NO it's not!! Nobody else had this issue and yes I understand it may be time consuming but that's why we pay more for gel polish!! After this nightmare of a pedicure, they informed me that their debit card system was down so the lady insisted that I leave my keys at the counter and walk to the gas station to withdrawal money to pay with. Why didn't she inform me of this when I walked in that the system was down?? (It charged me $3 to withdrawal) Long story short, it's 930pm and my toes are still so sensitive, hours later. I'm going to find out who to contact to report this place. I'm hesitant to ever get a pedicure again because this lady made this experience so terrible.. THESE REVIEWS ARE 100% ACCURATE and don't be like me and give this place the benefit of the doubt. It's terrible!! The worst $40 I've ever spent!!! This place needs shut down.

Great place for nails and eyebrow waxing, I definitely recommend I come here regularly

I have been going to PS Nails since April. I initially went in just to treat myself before a trip but I have been going regularly since! I have always been able to make a convenient appointment with short notice, which is perfect because life can be unpredictable! Amy is always super nice and her memory is amazing! Highly recommend!!!!

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS BUSINESS FOR YEARS FOR PEDICURES. NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. UNLIKE SOME PLACES WHICH HAVE MADE MY TOES BLEED. I KINDA WISH SHE HAD A PUNCH CARD FOR A FREE PEDICURE AFTER BUYING SOME.
