I JUST TRIED TO SCHEDULE A APPOINTMENT AN THE MFKA SAID WE DONT MAKE APPOINTMENTS HERE AND HUNG UP!!! HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND I SWEAR IM GOING TO GO OUT MY WAY TO TELL PPL TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! BUSINESSES NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT YOU CANT B RUDE. TO THE PPL PUTTING MONEY IN YOUR POCKET PERIOD! WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE INFINITY STARS IM SO DISAPPOINTED! AND ITS SAD CUZ I HAVENT BEEN THERE IN YEARS BUT THEY WERE TRASH BACK IN THE DAY, AND I BELIEVE IN SECOND CHANCES PLUS THEY ARE CLOSE TO MY HOME! BUT AFTER THIS IM COO NEVER AGAIN AND LIKE I SAID IM TELLING EVERYBODY I KNOW NOT TO GO THERE! NOW HANG UP ON THAT

I wish I could give them (0) stars!!! They went to far when the drilled my nails and made the skin by my cuticle bleed!!! No apology was giving nor any gift card/courtesy card was offered. I told them I was concerned about getting an infection and they brushed it off as if it wasn't there problem...these people are selfish and could careless about customer satifaction

Service suck, the guy didn't even remember what hand he polished twice or if he even did twice and ask the customer it's not the customers job to remember. Didn't have the polish I wanted only in gel so basically forcing me to pay 15 more because they don't have what I'm looking for. Thumbs down

Went to get a full set and toe polish when it was time to get my toe polish the guy doing my nails the owner by the way informed me that he didn't polish toes and I would have to wait for someone else to paint them. The other guys were already struggling to do a simple polish and I had already been there an hour and a half. Long story short I got my money back and left with unpolished toes I will NEVER go back
