The worst. The prices are high and they advertise that they use “top quality products”. I had a gel manicure on a Wednesday and by Friday the polish was orange and yellow. No, I was not using chemicals during those days nor was I tanning, etc., etc.
I was frustrated to have to return but understood sometimes there is just a bad batch of color. The man at the desk was RUDE. Took no responsibility. Told me I’d get the same color (how much sense does that make??!!), advised me it was impossible to have this happen and blamed me.
The woman who I believed was the owner has always been very nice and I was so disappointed at the behavior of her husband (??).
Save yourself money and frustration and just go across the street or to one if the many other good salons.

I LOVE Q-Nails. I have been going to them for many years. I have tried a lot of other nail salons but I always go back to Q-Nails because they do the best job. My gel polish lasts for WEEKS with no peeling or chipping. They are always friendly, clean and have top quality products. They are the best in the Depew/Lancaster area!

This is my go-to nail salon! All the staff is good, but Heidi and Jessica are especially great. They have a very clean atmosphere and run on time for appointments. They also have a very large color selection of regular and gel polish colors. Highly recommend!

The only place that I go! Very professional, well priced and they take their time! Pleasant environment and my nails always come out looking great.

I cannot imagine who wrote those bad reviews! I have been a customer for 2 years, every 2-3 weeks. I use a credit card every time. Never an issue with that and never an infection of any kind. Excellent customer service, much attention to detail and the place is extremely clean. They are very busy and if don't have an appointment, you will wait. But they give you the option to come back at a later time, and are most accommodating when you return. I have recommended Q Nails to many friends who have become regulars. Keep up good work!
