I’m giving this nail shop 2 stars. Here’s my biggest reason why.... I have been a client of theirs for quite some time now. Their appointment system sucks, helen could careless as a matter of fact if her client of theirs has made an appointment or not. EVERY single time I have made an appointment with Ann, Helen the owner always has her working on other clients before her next appoinment. I get it business it’s buisness, but whats the point of making an appointment? Today it was no difference basically waited 25 minutes after my appointment time before I decided to walk out. It’s unfortunate because Ann does an amazing job at what she does, and she’s the only reason why I keep coming back. Simply today was the last draw. It sucks cause she is amazing but will be looking for another nail shop to go to now.

We had great service after coming in last minute. Helen went out of her way to give me a light head massage. The whole experience was lovely!

Helen so nice , she makes sure you leave her salon happy. I will continue too come back.
