I went there to try the new dip polish. Would not recommend. They did not cover my full nail. There was no polish on the sides of my nails. I had to have them fixed with gel polish. I also found them to be expensive compared to other nail salons.

The salon is visually appealing, it's been newly remodeled but the service needs a remodel as well. I simply came to get my eyebrows done, they are very well staffed with numerous workers but had to wait for 45 minutes while I had even made an appointment for my eyebrows. Needless to say, I'm also very much disappointed in my eyebrows. They are uneven and half of my left is so thin I actually need to color them in now to even them both. She also refused to use the tweezers on my eyebrows to touch them up, I do not recommend this salon and will be sure to pass the word along about my disappointment.

Had my 1st gel manicure ever with Paula... Awesome job! Very friendly, courteous and cute personality. Will definitely be returning to her in near future 😊

Went in for a full set was not impressed. My nails are lifting already after 3 days. The acrylic is on my skin, They charged me for gel and I got acrylic, wanted a polish change on my toes to match but they didn’t write it down so the tech didn’t know... nor did he seem happy to do it. And the “tech” was not only unfriendly but a bit rough. He dug the nipper into the meat of my finger when trimming my natural nail and was rough worn the file when doing my polish change. When I called to see if they would fix the acrylic they said only if I had my receipt... u have my information in your computers I shouldn’t have to keep that. Idk if I will ever go back.

The lady who did my nails, Sandy I think her name was, told me I needed to come in next time to get a facial. Which was very rude and she also said she didn’t like tips on my card, to give her a tip in cash. I seen reviews like this about her before, but I never thought it would happen to me. Very unprofessional.
