Being a life long fan of McDonald's, is proof I highly recommend it. However, this newly renovated location has fallen short, in my opinion. The inside decor is bland & kinda depressing. Seems to be aimed at the old person I am yet to be, verses the hungry, energetic kid that dwells within. Very pleasant staff, for the most part. However, the management team is more comparable with the newly renovated location. Vile, unapologetic, leaving you more confused with a bitter after taste. Certain to bring down the crew members in due time. They've already kept my household and friends from dinning in.

Good double bacon burger
+Double with cheese tropical slushie $6 Staff was on the ball. Cashier made me feel liked she was thankful I came there. Way to go. Good timing too

Automated kiosk and they still mess up my order. Unbelievable.
Will not be back. Ever again.
I worked at McD in college for three years and the level of service is beyond horrible.
We were properly trained. They are not.

I used to love this McDonald's the staff were always fun and inviting. But needless to say the Owner of said store had dropped the ball. I should say that I am using this story from a couple of years ago. I had ordered a meal and was told I didn't need it and they wouldn't do it because I'm just a customer. Now after this happened I followed the proper procedure for complaints and told both the Owner and corporate, at which point I was told I would get a food voucher in the mail and said owner would call me. Neither happened and I don't care anymore, but people have a right to know how cheap some are.

Messed up my order 4 times in a 15 minute period. Also called in and was hung up on. I tried to be nice because they might of had a hard night but I guess no one cares. Go to the the branch on Chatham road or on Jefferson.
