I had been coming here for almost a year with no problems and fast service, when one Saturday afternoon I had the WORST experience. I walked in, no one asked me what services I needed. I sat down to wait, and another woman who walked in after me was taken before me. I then asked one of the technicians why she was taken before me, and with no apology, she said “oh I thought you wanted a fill-in.” I was only coming in for a polish change on my feet because my toes had chipped horribly after one week. I then asked the woman who did my polish change if she could wax my lip. She said yes but then waxed my lip as if I was bothering her. She slapped the wax on my face and pulled the wax strips off as hard as she could. She then asked me “if I always get red after being waxed” because she knew that she had waxed my lip entirely too hard. This salon is so close to my house, so I hadn’t ever planned to go anywhere else unless I moved. But, I would NEVER step foot in there again. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in that salon but NEVER AGAIN.

i had gone last wk to get my nails done and the man didn't add much glue and my nails started to fall off this week. i want my money back, the man that was doing my nails injured me as well while polishing my nails

I don't understand why it says they close at 8. I came in at 7:25, the door was locked, and the workers said they were closed. They need to change this.
