Be more equipped and ready for repair and maintenance. Hotline is a good service gesture, but isn't meeting the expectation. We pay for the value we get here but the value in return doesn't seem to meet the price we pay. Looking forward for some improvements then may change the review rate.
Now it's getting worse with the smoking odor issues that they don't seem to be able to address. Manager on site is very considerate. It's just we can't handle the odor back-flowing from another unit.

I’ve lived here 6 great years,if not for downsizing I would stay,the pool area is so cute and well maintained,I’m going to miss the 24 hr laundry..Great staff !!!! Definitely recommended 👍🏽

Great place to call home. Quiet, professional and kind staff, timely and knowledgeable maintenance staff, and great neighborhood. Two thumbs up.

I won't get into the ridiculous experience I've had living here but what I will tell you is that you should not move here. I live in the more expensive units $1190 a month, it may seem appealing that its right by Westerville but you can't tell between the so called upgraded units that are really just polished crap and the poor management over the years ( they are on manager number 4 in the four years I've lived here) and not to mention the drama from the neighbors. You aren't getting a good value living here and I recommend that you don't.

My wife and I were looking for a place close to Westerville where we commute to work. This was the best option and the apartments aren't that bad. I do have to say, in the year I've lived here, the experience has been mixed, but recently, it's been great. When I moved in, management promised me my A/C would work, and it didn't. I struggled months trying to get someone to come out there, and it never happened. I was so unsatisfied that I called at one point to their service line and cussed them out. I was upset. I eventually let that go, though, because the climate got cooler, and we headed into winter. After certain management changes, I noticed there was greater attention given to overall customer service. So, I submitted a request to get the A/C fixed. I did not get my hopes up, but my goodness these people worked fast. I was suprised to find they had fixed it in less than 16 hours.
The area is calm. I've never had any issues with any of my neighbors. Everyone keeps to themselves and the pool has been given additional touches that give it a great appearance. The main office has gotten a contemporary make-over giving it a more minimalistic interior design, which I like very much. The new manager, Patience, is excellent in assisting with things that are needed. In one of my conversations with her, she mentioned that after a year, I get free carpet cleaning, something I was not aware of. I have yet to take upon that offer, but it's things like that I appreciate. They've recently been a bit more active social media wise, which is something they lacked when I first moved it, but again due to manager changes, they've been more interactive.
Overall, my experience began rocky with them, but after a manager change, things improved greatly. As far as pricing goes, it is a little more expensive than other places, but it's the closest place to 270, Cleveland Ave, and my workplace, which are things that I value greatly.
