I'm not really a complainer but I think people should know about more than just the good experiences here. I like that they're modern in the fact that you can set up your appointment online but that's the only good thing in my experience. I'm not sure how a master stylist can give such a bad hair cut. She went completely away from what I asked for, and it wasn't well done. Besides that she didn't even acknowledge me until a half an hour after my appointment time started, even though she could plainly see I was waiting there. When she did finally get to me, she was distracted and obviously annoyed. I get that people have bad days once in a while, but a bad attitude and a bad haircut is not what brings people back, any business owner knows that.However the other girls seemed to be engaging and friendly, which is why I'm giving this review 2 stars instead of 1.

This place is way over priced, and I was not happy at all the first time I went there. The girl who was doing my hair didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Although they are very nice doesn’t make up for a bad hair job when you’re paying almost $150....and that didn’t include a haircut 🙄 Will continue going to GQ, but if you do go here make sure you get a good stylist as I’ve heard some of them are very good which is why I went there in the first place, however I won’t be going back.
