The gentleman doing nails here spends more time talking to the others doing nails rather than asking his customer what they want. He was annoyed when I asked him to shorten my nails and then never asked me what shape I wanted. I came in with square nails and left with oddly, uneven round nails. Never again...

Absolute joke, $25 to get my toe nails HALF painted and scalded with a hot towel, no consideration for customers who showed up and waited there turn, waited for my mani for over an hour after the pedi and kept watching girl after girl come in and get sat while I waited.

Old lady had no clue how to do gel nails. She made me soak my nails for over an hour. Gel still would not lift. I tried to tell her what to do but old n stubborn. Zero personality from all employees. I was told i was spending to much money, next time dont do gel on ur toes. One said your nails are so nice y u pic that color u need a pretty color. You suck Dont know how your on business. 2 1/2 hrs for gel mani and pedi way to long. When they started to paint my toes I still had old polish, oh we can paint iver those spots. NO you will do it right. 1st time I never tipped.
