I have been going to Kim for a few years. She's a hard worker and does a wonderful job on my bad nails/feet. When I leave I feel relaxed and refreshed. I love the fact that they use a plastic liner for pedicure. It is usually a clean place and the staff is friendly. Just don't go if they are busy. I prefer going during the week days instead of weekends. If Kim is not available I will see Anna, Tina, or Kim's brother. I just don't know every body that works there by name. I think they All work very hard to provide the service you ask for. Anita

I went for the first time recently and automatically loved the option to sign in electronically. I got an amazing gel manicure with Tina and spa pedicure with Ana. My gel manicure is nice however I did ask for square nails and the shape is slightly off with some of my fingernails. I loved the atmosphere and will most definitely be returning!!

I wish I could give no stars! Why have salon hours posted and not honor it??? Salon opens at 9am on a Saturday, I had to call someone to see was someone in route only for them to finally get there at 915. She had to now take time to turn on lights and prepare the salon to service someone. Myself and another woman was waiting and the next person wasn't to get there until 930!? It is a Saturday!! Most nail salons busiest day!!! You already late opening and now you expect a customer to wait more for the next person to come in??? This is not professional and so inconsiderate to customers! I will never go back nor recommend anyone to go here!
RESPONSE TO OWNER: I called the "manager" didn't seem to know about this review nor showed any interest in compensating me in some way for my experience... I won't be back...thanks

I decided to use this shop because of the great ratings it had. I had no preference on techs because I’ve never been there before. I knew I wanted colored acrylic with gel on top. I selected my color and waited patiently for a tech to come available. Although I got there at 9a, I waited until 9:40a to be seen. The tech didn’t have a clue what I wanted. Then the lady, who checked me in, explained. I told them the number for the color. When he began to put the color on, I told him it was the wrong color (pink). He said, no and showed me the color number on the top of the jar. I thought to myself that maybe I was wrong because of the lighting. He missed several steps in the process of doing my nails. They are very thick, the color doesn’t cover the old color all the way, the acrylic is thick under my nail, they are crooked and uneven. I will never go back to that shop. They couldn’t even understand what I was asking for. When I tried to explain that the color was wrong by putting the sample against my nails, they said well that was done on a white tip. I said that it was off white not pink. They just shrugged their shoulders. They have awful customer service and results.

I THINK I FOUND MY NEW GO TO PLACE FOR LASHES. I BELIEVE HER NAME IS TRINA OR TINA BUT SHE WAS SWEET, TOOK HER TIME AND WAS INFORMATIVE ON TOP OF DOING A DAMN GOOD JOB!!!! THE VERY FIRST LASH TECH THAT DOESNT MAKE MY EYES TEAR UP AND WATER☺ I WILL BE BACK IN 2 WEEKS FAITHFULLY😊
