Rudest employees, stylists that have 0 idea what they are doing, and clearly only care about gossiping with each other instead of focusing on the paying customer. Biggest waste of time and money. I will never go to this Ulta again for any type of hair or makeup related services. The girl didn't even know how to do a simple lip waxing. I expected a lot better from such a reputable company.

Walked in today trying to find a specific brand and it seems all the store girls were assisting everyone but me. I had a strong sense instead of helping they were wanting to ignore that I needed help and glared at me if I were trying to steal. What was even more confusing is its hard to tell who's a customer or an employee so I couldn't make the first move to ask questions. I didn't not see a single girl in unifom only a head set. I'll never come back. Sephora is down the street anyways and is TEN times better.

Worst experience. The employees seem so stuck up. When I was there looking for something there were 3 employees just standing there looking at me and talking. It seems thats all employees there do is gossip. They’re aren’t much help. Been there once and never again.

Dont get your eyebrows done here or by franco i go in today to have my eyebrows cleaned up an i leave with one straight line and one full eyebrow that then turns into a straight line i paid $21 an tipped $5 i was refunded the $21 but now i have to live with these HIDEOUS EMBARRASSING EYEBROWS!!!

Worst customer service ever!!! I have gone in the last two times walked around for 5 minutes asking for help and never assisted. Last time, 3 girls were talking and "setting up" in the front of the store and couldn't be bothered to help. I asked the cashier who had a huge line if someone could help me and she said she could release the second cashier but it would leave her solo at the front. Get it together people! I'll drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to Sephora to avoid this catastrophe.
