Horrible. I definitely wouldn’t recommend! My nails came out bumpy and smudged looking even after I made the lady polish them again. I’ll just stick to Oasis Nail Spa. Smh

First time here, staff was nice. Very unpleasant experience with another client who brought her four children to sit and wait during her appointment. One of her sons was horrible! Pulling the hair of another boy and pushing him all over his chair and into me while I was sitting next to him. I told him to stop, then his sister told him to stop, he turned to her and said he was going to have his dad hit her. I told him to stop again, and he said he didn't have to. The mom came over and instead of a reprimand for the child she started yelling at me for telling him to stop. This progressed until she left, the boys started yelling and threatening my son, it was all very classy lol, ending with her saying f#@* you on her way out. My issue with the staff is that they didn't do anything about her children being out of control or her language. It's not their fault they have a trashy customer but they definitely lost a client because of it. Will not be returning.

If you want cheap and fast this is the place to go. There are times they dig too hard and you bleed, they just keep going and put that blue liquid on to stop the bleed. The employees does not have good bedside manners. If you are a regular they say hello or goodbye other than that they could careless. They laugh and talk about you in their language. Unprofessional.

Used to like this place but the past 3 times have been terrible and I have decided to NEVER return or recommend anyone here. Went there a couple of months ago and I walked in and they had 3 ladies working and told me they were all busy so I could either wait for them to call someone into work or to leave and come back tomorrow! Very unprepared and unprofessional. I told myself I wouldn't go back but I have a national conference this week so decided to give them another try and went in to get my nails done and they finished and told me my nails were dry, went out to my car and they were smudged on 4 nails! So I went back inside and they fixed it, and then they told me I could leave because they were dry now, next thing I know I get in my car and they're messed up!! I just cried because I was so overwhelmed with these people. I'd rather pay the extra money to go to Azura than this place!
