So i recently moved to the area and figured this place was super convenient ..upon arriving I called because of the tinted window the place looked closed (not to mention all the handwritten 'closed' signs--as you get out your car and WALK up do you see it says closed Sunday) the lady answers I could clearly see her from the tinted window as she peered out and says they are open..I walk inside and the lady has vanished i proceed to at least pick out my color (although I wanted gel) not to mention the place was a ghost town..I hung around for another min or two and then decided to just leave. I work in the service industry and would never just leave the customer to roam freely in my shop without any acknowledgement. I gps the closest nearby nail shop ELEGANT NAILS in the Kroger shopping plaza right ACROSS the street and they did a fabulous job I was so happy to actually receive some damn customer service I went all out and plus tip spent close to $100 this should be a wake up call to your business esp considering I spotted an "under new management" banner across your venue. As far as I'm concerned I should have taken the advice of the fellow subscribers who rated you poorly as well.

Kim is the best! Not only is she thoroughly professional, Kim is a wonderfully nice person. It is always a pleasure to see her and my nails are gorgeous when I leave! Highly recommended.

If you are looking to spend 4 hours in a nail salon because the employees bring their kids to work, knock yourself out. Oh, and if you want your nails popping off in a week, check it out.
