Hannah does an amazing job! She is a master stylist so they charge an extra $10 for her services but so worth it! I will definitely go back to her for each eyelash fill. I 100% recommend her

I really like the staff here. They’re always positive and smiling however, I won’t be coming back because the lash quality is horrible. The first time I got my lashes done they were all gone within a week. The second time I had a different technician and my lashes still looked bad, but they did last a little longer. The third time was recently and I left disappointed again so im just done at this point. I thought that if I changed the style of lashes I’d see different results but each time I was unhappy. Perhaps they should consider switching the type of lash extensions they use? There’s no noticeable difference and to be honest, I achieve a more dramatic look applying my own falsies.
Also, I have yet to receive my free touch up and I’m just wasting money at this point. The ladies are great as I mentioned before but I’ve wasted too much money just to look like nothing was done to my lashes.

I went to try this location and it was terrible. Maybe it was just the lash tech I had. My lashes looked awful. I left wanting to cry. She got the tape stuck to my lashes (the top ones). Pretty sure she spent more time trying to fix what she had done than putting new ones on. Didn't want to be mean but I had to go get them fixed. She started using her fingers on my eye. After holding her tweezers down super hard wasn't working for her.

So I scheduled an appointment over a week ago. Anyone who gets eyelashes extensions knows that appointments book fast. You can’t just do a “walk in” appointment at the lash place down the street like a manicure.. I drove up to Eagan walked in expecting an appointment and was told “my appointment was canceled due to not having a card in file”. The girl at the counter was really apologetic and nice and I didn’t want to take my frustration out on her so I calmly stated no one called me, texted me, nothing. I asked her to put a card on file and I would be scheduling elsewhere and left. I will not be back to this location due to this experience. I suggested they take the time to at least text someone that they will be canceling appointment before just canceling without any notice. Super unprofessional and it shouldn’t be this difficult to schedule a service. If you want to schedule do it by calling in, or going in firsthand to physically hand them your card.

OMG this studio is amazing!!! Lexis is the BEST! I highly recommend her if you want awesome beautiful lashes that stay on! Plus she's a super cool chic 😎 and the front desk staff is super nice and friendly!
