Really like this nail salon. I always get great service and am happy with my nails. They offer upgrades but aren't pushy if you decline. Its my new go-to spot.

I came to get a pedicure and was very disappointed. Did not get my cuticle removed property and they charge extra for basic calus removal. This pedicure will not last me two weeks. I'm sorry but i would not recommend this place at all.

Today was my 1st time going to Ritz. It was fantastic! Joanne's massage was perfect. I felt much better after. She is so friendly! I got a gel manicure from Lily. My nails are flawless and I appreciated how personable she was.

This is by far the worst place I have ever been. Perhaps it is random that I received the WORST manicure I have ever received but I am not willing to try someone else. I'm sure this gal either didn't go to school or didn't pay attention if she went. I got the worst cuticle trim and by far the WORST polish job I have ever seen. It is rough to even give this place one star but I had to. Don't chance it people. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
