This is the first time I visited this location and I was very impressed! Kimberly was amazing and very friendly. Everyone has smiling faces. This is going to be my place to be for my self care.

I asked the man to thoroughly remove the cuticles because I had been there previously and they did not do that. The older male nail Tech just shook his head, did not say anything packed up his things and walked away. I find that to be rude and unprofessional behavior. The nail Tech who was sitting next to him doing my daughter's pedicure simply made an excuse for him and said he had another appointment and he was going to just go do that 1 instead . Then a nice lady came and she did do my pedicure but there was no apology
for his bad behavior and my daughters and I w ill not be returning . To act unprofessionally, to be rude and to act like you do not speak English to cut off communicating with your clients is no way to keep clients returning to your establishment!

I’ve come here for a couple pedicures; it is clean, beautifully decorated, they always do a great job and offering a drink at the beginning is such a nice touch. I just had a fantastic gel pedicure with Tim, who was very considerate and did an excellent job. It started raining during the pedicure and I was unprepared. It didn’t seem like it would stop anytime soon, so I was about to leave anyways but the man at the front desk (the owner?) asked me to wait for a second and came back with an umbrella so he could walk me to my car. It was so above and beyond and so kind of him to do that. I appreciated that so much! Thank you for the excellent service!!! I will definitely keep coming back for excellent quality pedicures and excellent service.

First two pics were what we wanted last three were what we got. I scheduled a reservation for three full sets and three pedicures by the time we get there they don’t have enough people to do all three of us together. Whatever not a big deal. However, only one from our group of three had to wait for over an hour after our scheduled times while the other two were already started. The nail techs have no clue how to do any designs or shapes for the matter. I had to keep correcting my nail tech and pointing out flaws to the point I just gave up and just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could. The nail tech couldn’t fix the flaw and would argue to the point I just stopped. Every single one of my nails are a different shape and that’s after paying additional money for coffin shaped. and they are crooked. Not to mention the nail files literally sliced skin. The nail techs were trying to argue about what product and color they could and couldn't use instead of just doing what the customer is requesting. I have NEVER had a good experience here and I have been here 4 times for benefit of the doubt. Every time the nails are crooked and not shaped. I’m always being argued with about my choice of nail shape and color and product. The first two pictures are what we wanted the last pictures are what we got. If your employees are inexperienced you should have them practice on a fake hand and not your REAL OVERCHARGED CUSTOMERS paying good money for something as simple as A FRENCH TIP that couldn’t be done correctly.

The service is always very professional. Even when I was not pleased with a service they immediately wanted to make it right. The spa is very beautiful but moat importantly clean and they are using all COVID precautions. They do offer refreshments while being serviced. During busy times it's recommended to make appointments.
