This was my first time at @Nails. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lee was my manicurist and he did an awesome job. I had a pedicure done by him and it was a wonderful experience. He was gentle and checked in with me several times during the process. My pedicure color came out fantastic. My leg and foot massage were great and I loved the warm wax and warm towels. I highly recommended this place for a great experience for both a manicure and pedicure. I will definitely be coming back again.

Worst fill ever. I love their pedicures... Henry does a GREAT JOB, so I decided to try their fills. I don't know who did them, he was tall and thin, made them too wide, and said they were dry and they weren't. All the nails got smudged and he just wiped over them with a liquid and then reapplied polish... what a mess! I will try again, but with a female.

The @ nails off of Los Osos Road is GREAT! Highly recommend. This one on foothill IS not! I always go to the other but decided for convenience I would go here. The receptionist man asked what I had & what I wanted- acrylic gel fill & color change- he communicated the wrong thing to his staff & my manicurist did not know how to work on acrylic so I waited extra time after being called and hands prepped. The manicurist & I couldn’t communicate & I wound up with acetone foil on my hands removing the new acrylic set I had just purchased 3 wks prior. I finally got a acrylic trained manicurist who offered to scrape off the now jelly like acrylic off my nails & asked if I wanted a new set? I should have been offered a set for free or at least a discount since they melted it off in the first place! I said no and got a polish. I paid FULL PRICE for services that were miscommunicated, INCORRECT, delayed, & quite frankly poorly done (Got my pedicure initially and the polish was illy layered). $75 out the door for things I didn’t ask for.
I got no genuine apology about the ordeal & I will not be returning to this location. I was so angry I just paid and smiled. As someone who gets regular acrylic sets, fills, color changes etc. I know what good work is and I have no patience for this!

Only good things about this place are the free drinks and the nice guy greeting you at the front desk! The service is not too great! Schedule an appointment or you might be turned away or better yet, find another nail salon like me! On my last pedicure, the guy doing it was a bit rude and I felt like the whole thing was TOO rushed and it's like common I'm paying $$$ for this...
