I have never had such a bad experience with a nail salon. I got a full set of acrylics, with gel polish. The lady who did my nails did not even prep my nails before gluing on the extensions. The whole process was very unprofessional. Now, one week after getting my nails done, one of my nails has completely broken off. Two of the nails look like they will fall off at any moment because there is a space in between my real nail, and the fake one. They all look very sloppy, and oddly shaped as well. Every time I have had my nails done, they have lasted until I get a fill in (around three weeks), these lasted only a week. I have not done anything that would have caused them to come off. I am very disappointed, and will not be going back.

I've heard nothing but great things from most people but my experience was a bit off! The guy that did my pedicure wasn't friendly, he messed my big toe up then blamed me when I asked for it to be fixed!

Best nail salon in Cleveland and I’ve been to them all! Friendly service, great atmosphere and perfect nails every time!!! I will never go anywhere but Angel Nails!!!
