I went to this salon today and was upset with the final product. The pedicure was fine, I'm glad with the service. However, when I started getting my hands done I was very shocked with the way the lady was operating. I had acrylic nails on and wanted them removed. Very well, she started using that automated file tool, and then started scraping the acrylic part from the bottom of my nail with another acrylic nail. nothing wrong there. When this method failed, she grabbed the pliers and was literally carving them off my fingers. With every pull, a piece of my real nail came off. Extremely painful. I asked her if that was the best way to remove them and only when we were in the last couple nails she decided to soak them. I then realized she had to soak then beforehand. She was rushing so much (with no reason, there were only other 2 customers there, and both were being helped) that she did not remove my cuticles. How could she have forgotten? I was so upset that I didnt even remind her. Now my nails are FULL of lump s, paper thin and ugly looking. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm going to upload pictures of the final product so you see I'm not making things up. Edit: Notice that the thick part of "my nails" is actually just the gel polish. They're the tiny layer underneath that

I got an full set of acrylics done here a couple weeks ago.l and they were pretty sloppyand my nails kind of burned for a little bit while I was getting them done. Today I went to soak them off and found out why. They used MMA and where a nightmare to get off.off. what Ive heard that's not legal. Do go here it's not worth it.

My nail technician was unfriendly and cold. I will not let her touch my nails again.

So I’ve been here a few times. My cousin is a regular here. However my first experience was not good at all. My nails weren’t even at all. 2nd time The lady did a rush job and my nails weren’t smooth AT ALL. 3rd and final time this lady jacked up my eyebrows. But every time my cousin has went with me she gets amazing service. So If you do get anything done have Tina or Audreyna. They are the best not the other ones.
