First time going. Desperate new in town, daughter & mom evening. Noticed they were closing in hr & 1/2. I asked if it was ok. For pedicure and manicure for my daughter 10 yrs old.
$45 for hers and her nails are painted 5 out of a 10 points.
Mine were the real problem. I checked their website saw the past work looked goos. I wanted short short and he didnt know how to. I finally gave up and stuck to what i got. I asked for two different colors and one sunflower on the middle finger of each. He said he knew how to and it was ok and turned out he didnt know how to and neither did the other two ladies. One tried. I gave up and left completely unsatisfied. To the average female they are ok. To me who enjoys a certain look... It was a hard no. The nails were thick im still trying to thin them at home. Ima have to go elsewhere to have help fixing them. Were in 2020. Not 2001. Nails should have looked bomb. With a tab of over a $100 nice cash tips for staying open a little late finishing us. Thinking they would finish what they said they could do.
I wanted basic acrylics and without asking me they automatic put additional to charge me more.
I gave him a 2 star because atleast he was greatly gentle with my hands.
With my daughter the lady was rough on her legs when we told her gentle would be appreciated.
I get it everyone usually has great service here. Until that one person. Me.
They just seemed inexperienced and couldnt understand english everything is yes to them ...

Frist i really like my nails. The tech did a good job. The reason for the low rating is because I just do not understand the price. It is posted in the salon that a fullset of acrylic nails is $28. Which is what I had done. Plus polish, which one would think is included in the price. However, my total was $50
How in the world I went from $28 to $50 is beyond me.
Like I said I like my nails, but I firmly believe that if you have a posted price list, then you should actually charge that amount. Not just what you feel like charging.

The lady messed up my nails, they’re crooked, the polish is lumpy, and she cut my finger. I’m sitting here trying to take the nails off and the acrylic is literally shoved under my skin. I will NOT be going back there.

Wanted to get ingrown nail out of my big toes. The guy must have not understood me because I had to come home and get them out myself. That was the big reason I went. Didn't have many regular polishes to choose from. They didn't understand my questions on the phone trying to figure out where they were. I'm used to the tools being used on me opened in front of me and they put them in a solution to clean. I thought that was old news I won't go back

I love this nail shop located in Jackson tn Walmart they do so gooood my feet felt like feathers and they look great I don’t wanna go anywhere else thanks Danny
