I never write reviews but im sorry i will not go back. I paid good money and i did not leave happy. First off my pedicure water overflowed because the guy was not paying attention and the whole bottom of my pants got soaked. His polish was bad And he did not file my nails nor use the cushion to separate my toes. I swear could have done better job my self. I also got a manicure and that was ok, the lady got a lot over the over lay powder on my skin which caused it to have to be peeled off leaving my skin all dry and scaley. They overlay was not even and the polish was also not done nice. I will not go back.

Came in and there was an EXTREMELY rude and nasty customer in here throwing a fit (for personal reasons, it wasn’t about her nails), she left, and they acted like it never happened. My nail Technician was Vany and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I had a fill in with gel, and he was very detail oriented. He asked me if the shape, length, and thickness was okay before he put the gel polish on, and then asked if the polish looked okay which everything looked PHENOMENAL. He is also very VERY talented with nail art. I’m here visiting from Indiana, and next time I come to the Fort Myers area, I will ALWAYS come back here. Extremely impressed. All of the nail technicians were very friendly, welcoming, and fun. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! :) Thank you, Vany!

DO NOT GO HERE! The woman there is so rude. I usually get my nails done in Naples but was unable to last weekend so I found this place. I went in for a fill and to repair a broken nail. The acrylic I had to be filled was white. This lady just grabbed whatever was laying around, which was pink powder, and used that to fill and repair my broken nail. She piled it on and did a half ass job on filing out the bumps. My nails looked like my daughter did them for me in the dark. The girls that were in there getting their nails done while I was there were so so loud and rude. They were talking to the only decent tech there like he was a POS. Very ignorant. This place is bad. And to top it off they overcharge BAD! PLEASE STEER CLEAR FROM HERE! This place should be called Nails by Helen Keller...by far the worst I've ever had. I'd have probably done a better job on myself!

Very inexperienced nail tech. Acrylic uneven and when he tried to fix it he made it worse. The lady that did my pedicure was more interested in her phone then what I asked her to do. Won't be coming back and won't waste my money here again.

Went in for a set of acrylic nails with gel polish. My nails were done by a man who was very slow. The nails were thick. The tips were loose and falling off within a week. I was charged more than what was listed on the price board on the wall with no explanation for the increase. I would never go back.
