I came here 12/8/2018 to get my nails done by Tim and Trish . My friend and I had an appointment with both of them. Right when we enter we were getting helped by other ladies instead of the ones we requested for. This is my first time coming here to get my nails done and my friend recommended this place to be very good. Now we are both disappointed. First off the lady that was helping my friend was so rude and her nails looked uneven. My friend was getting a refill and the lady didn’t got close to her cuticle that my friends nail looks like it was done 2 weeks ago. My nails was done by a different lady and it was my real nails. I just wanted to shorten it and make it coffin shape. My nails look nothing like a coffin shape. It feels so rough that when I touch my clothes it gets caught on my clothes. And she rushed the gel part when I put my nails under the LED lights. I see my nails have dents on like it was set right. I’m so disappointed with this place I pretty much paid $33 for them to mess up nails even more.

After seeing the bad reviews I don't want to try the place. 12/9/18 looking for a nail salon to go get gel nails & pedi. They have cute pictures posted and was leaning on going there but I'll look for a different place.

There is great customer service and the place is in great quality. My sister spilled her drink on me and it splashed over the floor. I was so embarrassed but the staff said not to worry with a smile and cleaned it right up. They offered candy and water to the children and made sure that customers were happy. There was barely any wait and the foot spa was relaxing and comfortable.

Honestly the worst pedicure I've ever had. ... She wasn't paying attention to what she was doing, kept getting up to pay attention to what was going on with every other worker there, she didn't even clean my nails or trim them She even painted them horribly. I would have been better off doing them myself. I had to tell another worker there that she didn't clean or trim my nails since she obviously didn't understand me telling her

Poor quality of service in Manicure as well as Pedicure. I could still feel the dead skin on my heel after the pedicure. Moreover, the girl was very slow in her job. She took 2 hours to finish my Mani and Pedi. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
