Kavita was great! I purchased my engagement ring and wedding bands with her because I was on a shortened timeline due to my upcoming deployment. She was extremely patient and did a very good job walking me through the process as well as ensuring I completely understood what to look for in a quality diamond. Highly recommend!

Went in for my ring appraisal for our insurance and Kavita is just super sweet and professional. She got it all done in a day and I have learned so much about fine diamonds from her. If you are looking for a great quality jewelry come here!

Kavita gave some prices over the phone after I told her specifically what I was looking for. It was a great price and best for the ring and diamond I want. She said she’s having a sale for the month on April and a deposit is required to get the process started. I noted all info down and let a couple of days go by to think it over. I called backed back and I told her I wanted to get the specifics prior to giving her the deposit and she hesitated. I just wanted the price of everything and after she dragged her feet on replying and providing total cost at the end quote. She no longer honored the prices she gave me and added the sales tax for the ring which she mentioned she would wave as part of the sale. Her price still beat competition so I gave her the deposit at the time.
A few days go by and she now said the diamond I picked is sold and provided a few other diamonds she stated are better. To me it was apparent in the videos she sent me this wasn’t the case. I asked for GIA reports and she took her time sending those to me as well. On top of that, she didn’t send me all the correct GIA reports to the diamonds she sent links for. And when I brought this to her attention she sent me GIA report she had previously sent to me before and a demo video where she removed the diamond number from the title of the video. I had asked her to send info on other diamonds but ignores my request. she then calls me and urges me pick within the hour because she’s going to have to add fees if I don’t.
Her prices at the time where already just under the prices I can get at other jewelers. I would not have wasted my time with her if she told me her real price upfront vs luring me into the her whole deposit scheme. But now she was rushing me on information that seamed to be misleading.
I asked for my refund and she did not refund my money. I told her again specifically why I wanted my refund and she finally sent the money back.
This business may be able to provide you a better deal than other jewelers but they are not an honest upfront company and definitely sketch. I wouldn’t recommend them at all
Response to kavitas: I have my notes, text messages, and emails for reference. It’s not an everyday thing for me to buy a ring unlike it’s an everyday thing for you to do business as you wish. Attacking my honesty saddens me. I was strait forward and easy going and you seamed to take advantage of that and ignore certain questions to your liking. Say what you want but hopefully you own up to your own short comings in private. And let people think twice before dealing with you. You’re a messed up salesperson. Let the truth of my experience be

Kavita is amazing! You will feel like royalty. She takes as much time as needed making sure you are happy with every detail. I can not recommend her highly enough! Her flexibility in scheduling an appointment that works for you is a wonderful feature of her business, you get such personal attention! I needed several things done from appraisals for insurance to remaking of older pieces of jewelry as well as repairing my Tacori ring that I damaged on a trip. What started as a upsetting incident was turned into a happy friendship meeting such a wonderful woman as Kavita! The quality of her work can not be matched. She listens to what your needs are and she finds a way to bring your vision to life! She is amazing at making it work for every budget! So don't feel that you can not have your dream jewelry; you just need Kavita at Emkay at your side helping you through the process!
